Membership Terms
1. General Purpose
Highland Park Members Club is a closed membership organization that creates premium services, a luxurious environment, and unforgettable experiences for its members. These rules are designed to preserve the reputation, comfort, and safety of both members and the club.
2. Membership Rights
Only registered members have access to the club. Members attend special events and evenings organized by the club upon invitation. There is no charge for club rooms and halls, and members receive a 10% discount on all services, and a 20% discount on the club's anniversary.
3. Family and Friends
At a member's request, other guests may enjoy club services and host events. The member must notify the club in advance. Membership privileges apply only when the member themselves is using the services or hosting an event.
4. Reservations
It is recommended to make a reservation in advance when visiting the club.
5. Club Use and Services
Services are provided only according to the set schedule. Event and room reservations are valid upon club confirmation.
6. Member Responsibilities
Respect other members, guests, and staff, and do not compromise their comfort or safety. Refrain from rude, insulting language or behavior. Pay for services promptly and do not accumulate outstanding balances.
7. Personal Belongings
We endeavor to keep any items you leave behind, however the club is not responsible for items lost within the club premises or their condition. If necessary, forgotten items may be delivered to your work or home address. Forgotten items must be reported to club staff within 30 days; unclaimed items will be donated to charity.
8. Mobile Phones and Recording
Mobile phone use is permitted at a level that does not disturb others. Video recording and photography within the club requires prior approval from the club manager.
9. Damage
If a member intentionally or negligently causes damage to club property or equipment, that member is obligated to provide compensation.
10. Confidentiality
Sharing the personal information of other members or guests outside the club is strictly prohibited. A confidentiality breach is grounds for membership termination.
11. Rule Violations
A member who violates the rules will receive a warning; repeated violations may result in temporary suspension or permanent cancellation of membership. In exceptional cases, club management reserves the right to make an immediate decision.
12. Rule Amendments
Highland Park club reserves the right to amend these rules as needed and will notify members in advance.
